About Me

Introduction:

Hello, I’m Jeff Schefke, a dedicated broadcast engineer with a passion for the world of radio. I’ve spent years immersed in the industry, combining my technical expertise with an unwavering love for all kinds of radio.

My voyage into the realm of broadcasting commenced with my fascination for amateur radio. Through the experimentation and camaraderie of the amateur radio community, I cultivated my early fascination with radio waves and transmission. This journey eventually led me to pursue a carrier in broadcasting.

My expertise lies in crafting seamless broadcasting experiences. From optimizing signal quality to ensuring flawless transmission, I thrive on the technical intricacies that underpin radio broadcasts. But beyond the technicalities, what truly drives me is the power of radio to connect people, convey stories, and evoke emotions.

My mission is to contribute to the radio industry by creating the best possible listening experiences. I believe that a well-engineered broadcast can transport listeners, spark conversations, and leave a lasting impact on their lives.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on numerous noteworthy projects, from revamping radio stations to designing cutting-edge AOIP broadcast facilities. These experiences have not only sharpened my skills but also earned me recognition within the industry.

I approach my work with a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a deep respect for the art of radio. I believe that every broadcast, of any size has the potential to make a difference, and I’m dedicated to harnessing that potential to its fullest.

When I’m not immersed in the world of broadcast engineering, you can often find me experimenting with amateur radio, Wi-Fi, MURS, “CB”, or exploring the airwaves with the help of a SDR. This hands-on approach allows me to continually deepen my connection with radio, both professionally and personally.

I’d love to connect with you. Feel free to reach out using the links above for inquiries, employment, collaborations, or simply to discuss our shared love for radio.
